HOW CAN I JOIN THE MET CARD?
Joining our loyalty programme is easy and free.
You can sign up at Reception in any of our casinos and collect your loyalty card on your first visit.
To join The Met Card:
HOW DOES IT WORK?
While you play, you'll accumulate Met Points that can be used for free play, food, and drinks.
Keep your card inserted at the Slot or Electronic Gaming machine the entire time you play, or hand it to the dealer when playing table games.
You can also earn Met Points on your food and drink purchases.
Your Met Points balance won't expire as long as you visit our casinos at least once every six months and redeem points at least once every two years.
Based on your play, you will receive exclusive offers for gaming, dining, event invitations, news and special promotions.

Met Points are earned:

Keep your Met Card inserted in the machine while you play.
TABLE GAMES
Hand your Met Card to the dealer before you play. You’ll earn Met Points based on the amount you bet and how long you play.
Please allow 24 hours for Met Points to be added to your account.
BARS AND RESTAURANTS
Present your card whenever you purchase a drink, a snack or a meal and we'll add the Met Points.
Please note the M Card Tier doesn’t accumulate Met Points.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MET POINTS AND TIER POINTS?
Met Points are earned on gaming and food and drink purchases and these can be redeemed for free gaming play, food, or drink. In addition, you can earn bonus Met Points to boost your account during promotional periods.
Tier Points are simply the total number of Met Points earned on gaming and food and drink purchases throughout the calendar year (bonus points and Met Points earned on Poker table play are not included).

CAN I STILL USE MY OLD PLAYER REWARDS CARD?
Your Player Rewards card is now invalid. Please pick up a Met Card from Reception when you next visit. Your account number will remain the same, but you now need to use your Met Card.
WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO USE MY ONLINE ACCOUNT?
Yes, you can still use your online account - your login and password remain unaffected.
